Class Policies:

We require attendees to sign up prior to class using Thryv or paying through the store. There will be a minimum number of student sign-ups required for paid classes. Derrel's reserves the right to cancel classes below the minimum number of students.

All attendees must provide own machine (unless otherwise notified) and materials, found in the class description, for each class.

We offer masterclasses for our brands: Bernina, Babylock, and Juki which are free when you purchase your machine with us.

For a project class you must come in to a scheduled class. Project classes have a materials cost and a class fee.

Thank you and we look forward to teaching you.

Cancellation policy:

All Classes & Event Fees must be paid for in Advance. Cancellations outside of 7 days, made by client, will receive Store Credit. Class/Event cancellations made by client within 7 days of Class/Event will be forfeit. You will still receive your class/event materials that are paid for. There is no guarantee of a class or event being rescheduled. If Derrels needs to cancel a class/event money, can be refunded.
