Derrel’s of Pensacola
Started in 1950 by Derrel Slaughter as Derrel’s Sewing Machines and Vacuums, we were originally located at West Cervantes and T Street in Pensacola , Florida , selling Swiss-made BERNINA sewing machines and Hoover vacuums. In 1983, the headship of Derrel’s switched over to a new location in Town and Country Plaza and the present owner and manager, Bob Gray. In 2001, we stopped carrying vacuums and went solely to sewing products. In 2005 we moved from Town and Country Plaza to our present location at 5559-E North Davis Highway. Though its management has changed, though we have moved three times, Derrel’s mission has not changed, we are still providing quality products and service to the Gulf Coast and beyond.
